Residents of Bobor in the Nadowli-Kaleo District have expressed concern over the poor condition of their road, saying it is making it difficult to transport pregnant women to health facilities for medical care.
In an interview with Kangyiri Radio 99.1 FM, the residents lamented that the deplorable state of the road poses serious challenges, particularly when pregnant women require urgent medical attention.
“Our road is in bad condition. We struggle to transport our pregnant women to the hospital,” the residents said.
They explained that the road conditions make access to healthcare difficult, especially for expectant mothers who need timely medical attention.
The residents are therefore appealing to the relevant authorities to rehabilitate the road to improve access to healthcare and ease transportation challenges in the community.
