The Upper West Regional Football Association (RFA) Division Two Middle League is set to commence on May 22, 2026, following the successful completion of group stage matches in Zones One and Two after six months of competitive football.
From Zone One, Kalibi SC and Wa Sore Nante have secured qualification, while Zone Two will be represented by Wa Suntaa SC and Sombo Freedom Stars.
Zone Three, also known as the Sissala Zone, is yet to conclude its group matches and will determine its representatives in the coming days.
One of the standout teams heading into the competition is Wa Suntaa SC, who have enjoyed an impressive unbeaten run, playing 18 matches without defeat. Their form positions them as strong contenders as the Middle League approaches.
The Middle League, scheduled to run from May 22 to June 1, 2026, will bring together the top-performing clubs across the zones to compete for promotion, promising high-intensity matches and heightened excitement for football fans across the region.
