Youth Placement for Employability Solutions Ghana (Y-PES GH) has organized a one-day leadership training workshop for selected students from various senior high schools across the Upper West Region.
The programme aimed at equipping students with leadership skills, confidence, and personal development strategies to prepare them for future opportunities.
Addressing the participants, the Executive Director of Y-PES GH, Mr. Mumuni Sulemana, emphasized the importance of leadership among the youth, describing it as a key tool for national development.
According to him, the training forms part of Y-PES GH’s mission to empower young people with employability and leadership skills that would enable them to contribute positively to society.
He encouraged students to make good use of the knowledge gained during the workshop and become agents of change in their schools and communities.
